What are friends for?

It was probably a good thing Wally had just gone shopping--there was food in the apartment, and he had promised Kara food. And clean. He should clean up.
He zipped through the apartment, putting away spare uniform pieces and getting rid of the pile of pizza boxes. Kara probably wouldn't care much about last night's snack attack, but seeing the pile in the corner made him feel like a bit of a slob. Okay, well, a lot of a slob, but who wanted to spend their time housecleaning when there was no company coming, anyway?
He dumped the boxes into the dumpster, and ran back up to the apartment. He didn't think the wind was too noticeable to his neighbors.
Kara wasn't there yet. But the apartment was clean. He sat down to wait. Then stood up. Maybe he'd find a book.
